    • Defined shipping costs for both Europe and international orders, with a free shipping option for orders over a certain amount (€150 for Europe and €250 for international).

    • Delivery time estimates (e.g., 3–7 business days for Europe, 7–14 business days for international), noting potential delays due to customs and external factors.
       

  2. Return and Exchange Policy

    • Right of revocation is clearly explained, including the 14-day return window.

    • Instructions on how to initiate returns (log into account, select items, pack securely).

    • Refund process is well outlined, including the original payment method refund within 14 days.

    • Return shipping costs:

      • €10 for Europe

      • €20 for international

    • Defective/incorrect items will have return shipping covered by ANNE PK STUDIO.

    • Exchanges are explained (item needs to be returned first, with a new order placed separately).

    • Return deadlines are clear, with a 14-day limit.
       

  3. Return Conditions

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for return.

    • Non-returnable items: sale items, personalized/custom-made items (except when defective).

    • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
       

  4. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

Clear outline of customer responsibility for lost/damaged packages in transit, with instructions to contact carrier for resolution.

  • Undeliverable packages will be returned to ANNE PK STUDIO, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for reshipment.

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred.

    • ANNE PK STUDIO is not responsible for customs processing delays.
